This is a lovely vintage 1980s velvet jacket

Made by Marks and Spencer, i wear these myself, but had some spares

It is approx a modern size uk 12 (Margaret, my mannequin is a small 12) the label says 14 but depends on your bust size and if you want to do it up or wear open. It's quite small
