Shipping and Packing

I wrap parcels twice a week currently (saturday and mondays normally) -the only days i get my office and wrapping department back, as my other half now works from home in there. I will always try and wrap any urgent items in the evenings if you let me know when ordering.

As always, i am continuously looking for the best shipping providers, and am now trialing 2 together (Royal mail and Evri for larger items). I will update here if i change again. Currently items range from 90p- £15 postage, dependant on weight and sometimes size.

I drop the Royal mail parcels off on a Tuesday morning after the nursery run for my little one. And others will be collected Monday or Tuesday from the house.

Parcels are always wrapped well, I am very aware of sustainability and the environment, so use as much recycled material as possible. Donated cardboard boxes from lovely neighbours and packaging materials. Of course, i will use bubble wrap and/or air cushions for fragiles items though. Anything recycled is clean and sorted into type, i won't just chuck a random carrier bag in.

The new bubble i buy in is a fetching shade of green and is recyclable, as is the brown paper tape. Every order, big or small, gets retro sweeties included too!

It's only me at Pineapple Retro, so i massively appreciate your patience, any questions or issues about tracking, please email through the website (contact me page) as i often have a toddler hanging off me, or being shouty, so don't always get to my phone.

I'm afraid since Brexit, with import fees so high, i no longer offer international shipping automatically on the website. I am happy to discuss a quote on smaller items though, please just email.

Thank you, Soph xx
