Vintage 1980s Ceramic Carousel Lamp

This is a crazy kitsch lamp (and i have 2 available)!

Made from ceramic, the top of the carousel lifts off it's base, which has the bulb holder (normal bayonet fitting bulb, but 15w max)

All over it sit small plastic 'bulbs' which glow when the light is switched on, and a empty hole at the top for a beam of clear light

Made by Arthur Wood in the UK, they come in the original boxes, which say 'Dreamlite' by Dronafix . I cannot find anything about these, or any others? 

I have 2, one is in great condition, the other has a small chip to the top, which i think was done from bad storage rather than use, as looks new sadly.

These don't have plugs and don't look like they ever had? maybe display pieces? Have tested them and they are fully working though.
