Vintage 1970s Penny Walker Doll - Air Powered

This little lady could do with a bit of a make over in the hair department

She is called Penny and would have originally had a small fluffy dog with her. 

Unusually, she comes with a double air tube coming from her back with a little flower shaped double air pump

One of the flower pumps makes her sort of jolt, i'm not sure if the other one would have made her doggie move too?
