Vintage 1970s Paddington Bear Swing Lamp

This is a vintage Paddington bear table lamp

Really unusual design, and i cannot find another to compare too.

The shade is covered in a Paddington design, but it sits in an unusual frame. With a sort of swing hanging above the light source? When i got it, the swing was empty, so you could add anything you fancied.

I have added a modern mini Paddington toy, which works well and can be included if required? 

The light has the original plastic diffuser in place, but i'm still not convinced leaving it left on unattended with anything hanging above it would be the best idea? certainly would suggest a low wat or LED bulb (standard bayonet fitting)

Generally great condition, wired up and ready to go
