Vintage 1970s Metal Hooks - Red

This is a set of lovely vintage hooks.

Not sure of their origin or maker (have a feeling they may be French)?

Good condition

They are made in sections, which slide onto a back bar, so the bar can be screwed onto the wall and pieces added i guess?

Measures 45.5cm long x 8cm high
