Vintage 1960s Small Aircraft Internal Sign

This is a sign of unknown age i'm afraid? I'm guessing at 1960s? was told it came from a selection of bits purchased from an old airline 

Made from cardboard, but unused, with what was originally a sticky back (no idea if it still has stick under the original covering though)

Measures 19cm long
