Vintage 1960s Saucepan - Orange Flowers

This is a lovely vintage flowery enamel pan. It has a bold flower design in orange and charcoal.

Original 1960s, great condition generally, it has an are to the rim and lid of rust? not sure what's happened as the rest looks pretty unused? I assume it has a knock and water got in? Could be touched up maybe?
