Vintage 1960s Pull Along Snail With Wheels - Russian

From Charlie Bears shelf, a very reluctant sale of this gorgeous fella! 

Sadly small fry has outgrown this lovely piece, and as much as i want to, i just cannot keep everything! 

No makers marks, but from research, he seems to be a Soviet piece

Made from blow moulded plastic, with orange wheels, a yellow shell and of course blue body (unusual breed of snail)?

In fantastic condition, with the original pull cord and fully working
