Vintage 1960s Plastic Doll Rattle / Pram Toy - Plastic Balls

I bought this for myself, as i could see it in a vase as a decoration, but i have toooooo much stuff! 

An original 1960s piece, made from hard plastic, the balls rattle and are fixed to a more flexible white plastic stick.

I wouldn't recommend leaving this unattended with a child these days, but could be used whilst watched?
