Vintage 1970s Musical Panda See Saw Ornament- Japan

This is a lovely little vintage musical ornament

3 little panda bears, 2 on a see saw, and one watching. Once wound up, it slowly rotates, and the see saw slowly goes up and down at the same time.

Plays the music 'chu chi face' from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang! so i'm guessing it would date to about the same time as the film (late 60s, early 70s)?

A few tiny (non obvious) chips to the surface, covered with black
