Vintage 1960s Holt Howard - Cat String Holder

This is a lovely string dispenser (with a loop to hang scissors at the side too)

In the form of a cute cats head, with the string coming from his mouth

I believe it was made by Holt Howard, in a slight variation on the usual design (collar has a different pattern)

Good condition. String included
