Vintage 1960s Carved Wooden Sign- The Bungalow

This is a sign of unknown age, but i'm guessing 1960s?

I have had it for years- it used to live on the outside of Alan the guinea pigs (single storey) hutch in fact! I have given it a polish since and it's ready to go

Love the handmade quality of it, not sure what the wood is, poss oak?
