This is a lovely vintage mini hat by renowned Parisian maker Bugarach Chapelier

Complete with original tag, and elastic chin strap

Not sure if it was for a baby or teddy/ doll? i got about 10 seconds when i put it on my 1yr old! 

Good condition and great quality
