Vintage 1960s Beefeater Salt Pot - Kitsch

This is a lovely salt pot (i think) in the form of a very kitsch beefeater 

Measures 14cm high (i don't think he would have had a pepper friend as so large)? small stopper in the bottom

Good condition, a few small scratches to his hat
