Vintage 1950s Ceramic Pretty Little Ladies- December & April

This is a couple of sweet little ladies, sold individually, one is April, and one December

I have one that belonged to my granny that goes on our christmas cake, but not sure if that's what they were for or just lovely ornaments? 

Good condition, sold individually

They are possibly Brinns or possibly Alfretto by Mauri (can't find anything for sure from the mark)

They both measure measures 7cm high, and both come in great condition
