Here at Pineapple Retro HQ I have been collecting vintage tins for years. I love the fact they have a purpose, as well as looking fantastic (I keep my buttons in some).
The thought that many were filled with sweeties or biscuits, and seen only as a container, not expected to be collected today is part of the appeal for me.
The variety and colours are great, especially when displayed together.
